card on file policy

Guests are required to keep a card on file, through Vagaro's secure software. Cards are only ever used at checkout with guests permission or if a guest is in violation of a cancellation or late policy.

cancellation policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee totaling 50% of the scheduled appointment.

No call/no show appointments will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment.

late policy

Guests who are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment are subject to the no call/no show cancellation policy.
If time permits, guests running more than 15 minutes late may receive a quicker service of lesser value, and are still subject to paying for the original scheduled service.
